G.E. Environmental (GE) worked in conjunction with Tetra Tech EBA Inc. (Tetra Tech) on a landfill construction project at an upstream oil and gas facility in east-central Alberta. GE was responsible for supplying and installing the geosynthetic material for two different containment structures which included Geosynthetic Clay Liner, Geomembrane, Geocomposite, Geogrid, and Geotextile materials. As the quality assurance representative, Tetra Tech worked closely with GE to ensure all project specifications and industry standards were met. We have found that GE was very knowledgeable and diligent in completing all facets of the required installation and were very competent in meeting all quality control requirements.
